Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of fire alarm projects from initiation to completion
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and general contractors to ensure project requirements are met
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with NFPA codes and OSHA regulations
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations with clients
Oversee the installation and testing of fire alarm systems, ensuring alignment with safety protocols
Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to promote growth and success
Qualification
Required
3+ years of dedicated experience as a Fire Alarm Project Manager, particularly in data center projects
Experience with Notifier, Xtralis and/or Vesda systems
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire protection, and safety codes including NFPA standards
Excellent leadership and management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting for projects
Proficient in negotiation and relationship management with clients and contractors
Familiarity with various fire alarm brands and technologies such as Notifier, Honeywell, Siemens, and others
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems
