The role provides hands-on experience in warehousing, transportation, and supply chain coordination while assisting teams with various projects and operational support.
Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks across assigned departments
Support data entry, filing, reporting, and documentation
Help maintain accurate records related to shipments, inventory, safety, or HR activities
Shadow team members to learn warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
Communicate professionally with internal team members
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, technical school, or university
Interest in logistics, supply chain, business, operations, HR, or related fields
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
