Responsibilities
Continually learn and develop skills for handling Endress+Hauser tools, processes, etc. within the different teams/functions
Address customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, Salesforce, and email
Collaborate with others to provide technical support and develop solutions for customers
Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing post-sales technical questions and supporting the sales team
Provide ongoing communication with customers on pending quotes, addressing unresolved issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field
Internship, co-op or work experience in an engineering related and/or customer focused role

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate clearly
