Senior LevelMrScraper is seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer (Security) with a strong security focus. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and operation of secure infrastructure while mentoring team members in DevSecOps principles.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Implement and enforce automated security scanning (SAST/DAST), compliance, and monitoring across environments
Collaborate with security and engineering teams on threat hunting, incident response, and forensic investigations
Design and execute internal security exercises and attack simulations
Integrate observability and SIEM tools to provide real-time security visibility and proactive alerts
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced DevOps Engineer (Security) with a strong security focus
Capability to lead the design, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable infrastructure
Ability to proactively identify and mitigate security threats
Experience in driving security best practices across systems
Mentoring team members in DevSecOps principles
Lead the development and maintenance of secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Implement and enforce automated security scanning (SAST/DAST), compliance, and monitoring across environments
Collaborate with security and engineering teams on threat hunting, incident response, and forensic investigations
Design and execute internal security exercises and attack simulations
Integrate observability and SIEM tools to provide real-time security visibility and proactive alerts
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members
Preferred
Extensive DevOps / DevSecOps experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Security certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent
Capture The Flag (CTF) experience or hands-on competitive security challenge participation
Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, Go)
Deep knowledge of container security, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Proven track record in building resilient, secure systems and implementing security best practices at scale
