Responsibilities

Support the Lead Data Manager with ongoing data review, cleaning, and quality control activities
Proactively identify data issues and contribute to maintaining overall data quality and integrity
Issue, track, and resolve data queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with database migrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), data transfers, and database lock activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data deliverables

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management within a small to mid-sized pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
Recent, hands-on experience supporting a Lead Data Manager, including activities such as data query management, database migrations, UAT, data transfers, and database lock
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with Veeva EDC preferred
Oncology experience is a plus but not required
