Contact Center Agent Tier I
Alabama ONE Credit Union is seeking a full-time Contact Center Agent Tier I. The role involves addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities
Address member inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction during each interaction
Answer incoming calls and assist with account inquiries
Troubleshoot member concerns and process member transactions
Educate members about products and services that meet their financial needs
Maintain accurate records of all interactions
Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing an excellent member experience
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities to handle varied member interactions effectively
Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office programs
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus
Commitment to maintaining an understanding of financial products and services
Experience in banking, credit unions, or related industries is an advantage
