3+ years expTalent Bridge is seeking an Epic Analyst to act as a liaison between system end users, operational leaders, support teams, and external vendors. The successful candidate will design, build, optimize, support, and maintain assigned applications to meet operational and technical requirements.

Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, test, document, implement, support, maintain, and optimize applications and related business processes
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to propose solutions and provide oversight on assigned tasks
Use application training, documentation, and resources to support systems and help guide team members
Identify opportunities to enhance usability, efficiency, and user experience
Perform process and requirements analysis, including workflow mapping and gap analysis
Communicate complex design and configuration concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Contribute to strategy discussions with options analysis and decision support
Adhere to standards for system configuration and change control
Build strong working relationships with end users, operational leaders, and business partners
Coordinate vendor‑related changes and collaborate with technical teams to resolve application and infrastructure issues
Document changes and configurations in a consistent and user‑friendly manner
Resolve incidents and service requests independently where appropriate
Manage medium‑complexity tasks and evaluate new system releases and functionalities
Complete assigned training and educational requirements in a timely manner
Support training activities for users and coworkers as needed
Escalate issues when service level agreements are breached or appropriate vendor action is not occurring
Travel or additional work hours may be required during critical projects or issues
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related field
Ability to present complex data clearly (e.g., charts, graphs)
Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
At least 2 years in healthcare, business, or information systems or equivalent domain knowledge
Demonstrated ability to resolve moderate issues with minimal direction
Experience contributing to the development of new functionality and solutions
Collaborative experience working with team members and senior stakeholders
Experience mentoring or providing guidance within own functional or application area
Preferred
Relevant technical or application certifications preferred
For analysts working with Epic systems: certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module
