Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities for all facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets
Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service quality, and ensuring timely completion of work orders
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building safety, environmental standards, and occupational health
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs or interventions to restore normal operations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and facility-related expenditures
Collaborate with internal departments to plan and execute space allocation, office moves, and facility upgrades
Monitor facility budgets and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations
Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or facility management software
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy management systems
Project management experience related to facility renovations or upgrades
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards
