Responsibilities
Assist in developing standardized processes (centerlines) for bakery equipment to improve efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with bakery teams to integrate operational tools into existing management systems
Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and identifying opportunities for cost savings
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong mechanical engineering foundation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniques
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Work involves exposure to bakery environments, including potential exposure to heat, noise, and production-related elements
Moderate physical effort required, such as standing, walking, and climbing in and around the bakery; the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred
Familiarity with operational systems or manufacturing environments is a plus
