InternCatapult Acting Studios is seeking a paid Summer Intern to support studio operations, summer camps, classes, and marketing initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional acting studio, ideal for students interested in early childhood education, TV+Film entertainment, marketing, or youth instruction/programming.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations for on-site summer camps for youth and teens, including set up and clean up each day
Follow camp daily run of show to ensure all activities are on schedule
Think and act in advance to ensure camp is managing all details, and running proactively vs. reactively
Support student check-in and check-out, student coordination, TA coordination/direction, group transitions, and overall logistics
Help maintain organized, clean, and professional studio spaces
Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for parents and students, and supporting Camp Director and studio staff
Includes setting up check in tables, tee shirts, snacks, moving equipment and boxes, setting up cameras, monitors, and more. Light physical duties are required
Assist with capturing photos and short-form video during camps
Help organize and schedule social media content
Support basic marketing efforts as requested
Assist with office support, email organization, and internal systems
Prepare materials for classes, camps, and special events
Support studio leadership with operational projects and general tasks as requested
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in college, 18+
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
Proactive and ability to work successfully in fast paced and constantly changing priorities and environments
Comfortable working with children and families
Interest in entertainment, marketing, education, or creative operations
Must have a laptop and cell phone, we will provide a personal email address
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Available for all or vast majority of requested dates
Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move light equipment and boxes, typically up to 25 lbs, as needed for studio setup and daily operations
There are no housing options available with this position
Preferred
Prior experience with children's programming, summer camps, nanny/babysitting, or other proven experience working with youth
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or content creation tools a plus
Prior experience in customer service, summer camps with kids, or studio training environments a plus
