Human Resources - Sr Business System Analyst
Children's Health is dedicated to improving children's health and delivering extraordinary patient experiences. The Sr HR Business Systems Analyst will consult with end-users on technology needs, recommend best practices, and collaborate with technology teams to optimize HR processes and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities
Discuss new business requirements with HR business process owners and end users to provide consultation on industry best practices that optimize workflow processes and enhance end user experience
Serves as a liaison between operational leaders, People Technology, business process owners and COEs in HR to consult on new technology or process enhancements
Identify, understand, and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets
Work closely with People Technology Analyst to review and interpret monthly releases or system upgrades on all HR applications
Analyze current business needs and processes to assist end users in making best use of current technology
Work collaboratively with other members of the People Technology team to help evaluate data and processes, trouble-shoot system and incorporate solutions as required
Implement business and technology solutions after careful evaluation, requirements documentation, and exploration of available options are explored and vetted
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience working in HRIS with strong business acumen (preferably healthcare) required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience In Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or other relevant area required
Requires in-depth professional knowledge and practical/applied expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines within the broader professional field
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; demonstrates awareness of the industry, including regulatory, evolving customer demands, and the factors that differentiate the organization in the market
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
Works independently, receives minimal guidance
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus

Previous experience in systems implementation with strong understanding of information technology and/or management information systems preferred
