Responsibilities

Processing vendor invoices and new product receipt processing
Generating bar code labels
Maintaining the integrity of the inventory system
Support of the Boutique Specialists
Appointment scheduling and billing
Assisting with special orders
Returning patient calls

Required

High School diploma or GED
Certification or vocational training may be required
2 years of relevant experience required
Experience with patient billing, scheduling, order entry, generating bar code labels, maintaining and programming an inventory system is needed
Good telephone communication skills and genuine desire to work with patients, staff and vendors is required
In depth knowledge of computerized inventory systems and invoice reconciliation
Proficient in major PC software programs to include Microsoft Office/Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
Excellent writing and communication skills with superb attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Energetic creative thinking
Meeting health surveillance requirements
Demonstrating competence in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions

Preferred

Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred
4-6 years of relevant experience preferred
