Required

High School or GED
Unit receptionist orientation complete within 90 days of hire
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
Must be able to operate various types of office equipment including computer, fax machine, telephone with multiple lines, printer, copy machine, and nurse call system
Must feel comfortable using computer software and EHR for reports and documents

Preferred

Secondary
Previous secretarial/clerical experience within a healthcare setting
