Customer Service Representative Remote
Responsibilities
Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong customer service focus
Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office (specifically Excel, Word and Access)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to successfully work in a team environment
Experience and proficiency in data entry of client letters and documentation management
Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate over the telephone with clients regarding verification questions
Time management from virtual location is a requirement to continue as a virtual resource; however, the option to work in-office is available and may be requested upon needs of productive output
Performance is measured by exceptional client feedback and satisfaction
Qualification
Required

2+ years in a customer service setting
