Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Support the development of project plans, track key milestones, and monitor task progress under the guidance of senior team members
Provide administrative support to the project team, organizing meetings, taking notes, and collecting information from different departments
Help maintain project documentation, ensuring files are systematically organized and easily accessible
Support the team in developing basic elements of project plans, identifying key milestones, and assisting with task assignments
Help track project expenses, monitor budgets, and provide basic data entry for financial reports
Assist in preparing status reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders
Help maintain organized project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible
Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications
Required to travel for key project milestones
Maintain utilization goals
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, with an expected graduation date of June 2026 or earlier
Desire to learn business and technology
Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpersonal skills with a user-centric approach to problem solving
A proactive mindset with a keen interest in gaining real-world experience on enterprise-grade solutions
Ability to multitask, work independently as well as collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Preferred knowledge on Salesforce and other CRM software
