Responsibilities
Lead and manage patient access functions across multiple sites, including revenue cycle, call center operations, clinical outreach, and patient communications
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to Patient Access
Partner closely with clinical leaders and internal/external stakeholders to support integrated access workflows
Develop, coach, and mentor leaders and staff through formal and informal training and development
Drive performance improvement through data analysis, workflow optimization, and quality initiatives
Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget management for assigned departments
Foster a collaborative, patient focused culture aligned with ProHealth Care's mission and values
Lead teams through change and ambiguity while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in front end revenue cycle operations, including registration, scheduling, eligibility, authorizations, and/or access related denials
3+ years of operational experience
3+ years of healthcare experience
1+ years of leadership experience leading a team
Demonstrated solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage complex operations
Reside in or a commutable distance to Waukesha, WI
Ability and willingness to work onsite in varying clinics/hospitals in Waukesha county five days a week
