Responsibilities

Own backlog and agile delivery
Serve as Product Manager for a scrum team delivering core digital card experiences
Own, groom, and prioritize the backlog to ensure alignment with product strategy and delivery milestones
Write clear feature epics and acceptance criteria in collaboration with New Product Development (NPD), Engineering, UX, and platform partners
Steer sprint ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Platform, Risk, and Servicing teams to deliver end-to-end functionality
Coordinate dependencies across multiple internal platforms and systems
Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and delivery impacts, escalating as needed
Partner with Product Managers to break down high-level product vision into sequenced, executable increments
Ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and traceable throughout delivery
Balance speed-to-market with quality, security, and compliance expectations
Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and workflows
Partner with UX and Research to inform experience decisions and usability improvements
Advocate for simplicity, clarity, and consistency in product delivery
Partner with go-to-market, operations, and support teams to ensure launch readiness
Support defect triage, post-launch enhancements, and iterative improvements
Use data and feedback to inform ongoing backlog prioritization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership roles
Ability to define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital products
Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) using tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience balancing competing priorities across cross-functional teams

Preferred

Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to customer-facing web experiences, including close partnership with design and frontend engineering
Working knowledge of UI / UX best practices and how frontend experiences are supported by backend systems and APIs
Familiarity with payments, financial services, or B2B platforms
