USELMS Database Analyst

Leidos is looking for a motivated analyst with a passion for Electronic Warfare and technical data. In this role, you’ll support the 57th Intelligence Squadron by helping build, verify, and improve the United States Electromagnetic Systems (USELMS) database, which is critical for the EW and Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

Review and assess USELMS data for Radar, EO/IR, Communications, ECM, RWR, and platform systems
Perform quality checks on engineering models and technical intelligence to ensure accuracy
Document findings and support government acceptance decisions
Help standardize processes and improve workflows across IMD Production Centers
Analyze U.S. and own-forces electromagnetic systems
Support Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) reviews for releasable models
Provide updates to NATO emitter databases (Radar/Comms)
Track and resolve Data Quality Feedback (DQF) reports
Manage Blue/White data requests in AIRES, including agency coordination and timeline forecasting
Identify process improvements and support data-integration modernization efforts (e.g., APIs)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Radar Engineering, Physics, or related field. Additional related experience may substitute for a degree
Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI
3+ years of analytical or technical experience
Background in EW, Intelligence Community, EMS, or IMD production
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

Familiarity with USELMS schemes (Radar, Comms, ECM, EO/IR, RWR, Platforms)
Experience with CUI handling and security markings
Exposure to Nighthawk or similar analytical tools
Knowledge of radar systems, Technical ELINT, or system operations/maintenance
