Responsibilities

Review scanned forms to ensure they are complete, legible, and properly uploaded into the system
Rename, categorize, and route scanned documents to the appropriate queues
Once initial backlog work is completed, process incoming paper mail onsite, including:
Opening and sorting physical forms
Scanning documents into the system
Renaming, filing, and routing documents to the correct queues

Qualification

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and precision

Prior experience in data entry, document processing, or compliance support
