Information Technology
Responsibilities
Taking in information from clients and entering it into their systems
Logging new cases and processing them through to the next stage
Pulling data from forms and entering it into Microsoft Word or Excel
Triage client cases to determine if they need policy review and which department should handle them
Handling calls and emails from clients to schedule them
Qualification
Required
Must have access to laptop or desktop that supports Windows 11
Experience with Microsoft Word - turn things into a PDF, insert tables onto documents
Experience with Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, insert columns
Understanding of HIPAA Regulations
Reliable, accurate, and thorough
