Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day desktop and hardware support for end users
Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Resolve Windows-related issues and accurately document incidents for escalation
Support wireless devices, printers, and basic networking connectivity
Deliver high-quality customer service while supporting users onsite
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on hardware and desktop support experience (required)
Experience setting up and supporting workstations
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11
Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, hardware, and peripheral issues
Prior desktop/hardware support experience is a must
Preferred
Desktop troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment
Experience supporting Windows in a corporate or professional setting
