Information Technology
Responsibilities
Support Windows 11 desktop and laptop upgrades
Perform PC imaging, deployment, and hardware installations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
Provide professional, customer-focused desktop support
Work with Active Directory for basic user and device tasks
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the upgrade process
Qualification
Required
PC deployment and desktop support
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
Strong customer service and communication skills
General desktop and end-user support experience
Prior hands-on experience in desktop or PC technician roles required
Preferred
Strong attention to detail
Prior customer-facing IT support experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting upgrades in structured or enterprise environments
