Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize core applications such as the USPSECP eCommerce platform, Endeca, Oracle Web Center Content, and associated integrated systems
Contribute to feature development, bug fixes, and security updates to ensure optimal system performance and security
Deploy, monitor, and manage web and application server environments (WebSphere, WebLogic, Linux), including certificate management and performance tuning
Query and analyze databases to generate reports, track system health, and support business operations
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions; utilize Ansible for automation and configure security protocols
Conduct load and performance testing; utilize automated testing tools like Selenium or Playwright to ensure application quality
Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless application performance and compliance
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development and application support
Proficiency in Java 8+ and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, React, and Bootstrap
Solid experience with Oracle Commerce Suite (ATG Web Commerce 11.4, Endeca 11.4, Oracle Secure Enterprise Search 11.4)
Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on WebSphere, WebLogic, and Linux servers
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and version control systems such as GitHub
Experience with database querying and report generation
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, environment management, and security protocols
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred
Alternatively, 2+ years of relevant work experience
