Responsibilities
Supporting roughly 1,000 to 2,000 users in an office environment
Troubleshooting devices and providing PC support or end user needs
Building computers, imaging computers, and setups
Providing phone support
Assisting with any PC support or end user needs
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of experience troubleshooting devices
Experience working in a corporate environment on a help desk team building computers, imaging computers, troubleshooting, setups, and phone support
Good communication and soft skills (good with communication and professionalism, self-sufficient, responsible)
Ability to support a project in the Greer location as needed
Mac Troubleshooting - Hardware/Software experience
Enterprise environment experience 2-5 years in a corporate setting for an enterprise level company supporting around 1,000 to 2,000 end users
Deskside Support & Help Desk experience (50% of each)
Great Customer Service skills
Intermediate Level experience
