Senior Program Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinates and supports all Project operational and financial activities, events, and processes
Coordinates and supports PI, CoPIs, and Key Personnel for the projects related to any faculty, student, and partner initiatives
Collaborates with other personnel in other special education grants
Oversees and facilitates student recruitment, including sending recruitment emails and coordinating recruitment events, orientations, information sessions, and in-class recruiting efforts
Coordinates any payments related to mentors, consultants, or participants
Coordinates student stipends
Coordinates any payments and authorizations related to travel
Create and maintain surveys to collect data for the projects
Assist with annual reports of special education grants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of office or related experience
Preferred
Experience working with students
Experience working with grant projects
