This role focuses on enabling engineering teams across the organization to work more effectively by improving tooling, processes, and developer workflows.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain tools and systems that optimize the development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, build systems, toolchains, and code quality tools
Build and maintain automation, services, and bots to reduce developer toil and repetitive work
Create and support pipelines that capture key metrics to monitor and improve the developer experience
Collaborate with engineering teams across regions (U.S. and Singapore) to understand their needs and identify pain points in their workflows
Work closely with other Engineering Enablement team members to ensure platforms and tools meet the needs of engineering teams company‑wide
Communicate project status, system changes, and improvements effectively with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in developer productivity (DevProd), platform engineering, or related software engineering roles
Strong programming proficiency in Modern C++ (C++17+) and Python
Experience with Bazel, build tools, debugging tools, toolchains, and hermetic build environments
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including requirements gathering, software design, source control, build processes, code reviews, and testing methodologies
Experience working in Linux environments and with related toolchains
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) or robotics industry
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog)
Experience with developer tooling such as Artifactory, Vault, SonarQube
