Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant
Marian House is seeking a Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant to support their Interim CEO/COO. This part-time, temporary role involves managing high-level administrative tasks and providing essential office support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Organize digital and physical filing systems, track tasks and deadlines, prepare meeting materials, and maintain an orderly office environment
Manage calendars, documents, and virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom). Prepare professional documents and correspondence, and assist with basic troubleshooting
Serve as the first point of contact for staff, board members, and external partners. Screen calls, emails, and visitors to prioritize the CEO/COO's time
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, track important documents, and support scanning, signing, and distribution
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and materials, attend meetings to take minutes, and track follow-up action items
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Previous administrative or executive support experience (nonprofit preferred)
