Responsibilities
Support, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes and data
Ensure accuracy and integrity across GL/AP integrations and financial data flows
Perform advanced SQL analysis and build/maintain PL/SQL procedures
Execute complex data extraction, validation, profiling, and performance tuning
Maintain data governance standards, ensuring quality, lineage, and auditability
Use data mining and analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvements
Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 data engineers/analysts
Assign daily work, track progress, maintain quality, and drive team performance
Provide hands on guidance to resolve technical and data issues
Communicate effectively with finance, business partners, and technology teams
Translate complex data and system concepts into clear, actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analysis, or ERP data roles preferred
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion GL & AP, SQL, PL/SQL, data governance, and data mining
Proven experience leading teams of 8–10
