Program and Policy Analyst Advanced (Leadworker)

The State of Wisconsin is looking for a motivated individual to lead the administrative program area within the Division of Transportation System Development. This advanced professional level position requires extensive expertise in data analysis, project tracking, budgeting, and program management, overseeing various organizational programs and serving as the region program expert.

Responsibilities

Lead the administrative program area and serve as the region organizational program expert
Direct region Admin team members and coordinate team member tasks
Oversee operating budget, performance measures, facility management, records, front desk/customer service, telecom/IT, fleet, health and safety, and liaison duties for department workforce initiatives
Review, analyze, develop, and implement policy and procedures across all programs
Manage ongoing projects, program management, training, and efficiencies within the programs
Ensure compliance, work through issues, and manage region performance measures and budgets in partnership with region management
Facilitate and promote a cohesive team relationship between regional team members and statewide partners

Required

Administrative Program management experience – such as customer service, facilities, records, telecom, office management, etc
Experience leading others – formal or informal capacity
Experience reviewing, analyzing and developing policy and procedures
Experience in analyzing and developing budgets which could include: planning, scheduling, facilitating, developing recommendations, implementation, and analysis

Preferred

Experience creating and presenting data, reports, information to a variety of internal stakeholders
Experience in administering or leading a performance measure or continuous improvement program(identification of potential improvement opportunities, analyzing alternatives, and developing and presenting recommendations)
Experience as a business liaison for multiple partners providing expertise
