This role ensures all content is accurately anchored, version-controlled, and submission-ready, serving as a critical bridge between various departments.

Manage the end-to-end quality, compliance, and submission of digital promotional materials within the Veeva platform
Ensure all content is accurately anchored, version-controlled, and submission-ready
Translate RC and MLR feedback into clear, actionable guidance
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end quality control (including claims, references, ISI, and formatting)
Support the development and maintenance of core claims libraries
Own project tracking and workflow coordination to ensure timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Experience managing end-to-end quality, compliance, and submission of digital promotional materials
Proficiency in the Veeva platform
Ability to translate RC and MLR feedback into clear, actionable guidance
Experience conducting comprehensive end-to-end quality control (including claims, references, ISI, and formatting)
Support in the development and maintenance of core claims libraries
Project tracking and workflow coordination skills
Ability to ensure timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met
