Responsibilities
Spearhead the CLX team
Establish and maintain best-in-class systems
Contribute to the architecture, development, and optimization of our product
Drive your team's success by defining efficient processes
Foster engineers’ professional growth
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Designer to align team efforts with core product objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience as a manager with a strong track record of success
Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, with the ability to drive and advocate for best-in-class iterative product development and engineering excellence
Proven track record of architecting and driving significant technical initiatives for large-scale platforms
Calm, patient, considerate, compassionate, supportive, and inspiring leader
A self-starter with great communication and strong organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities and multiple streams of work at once
Experience with agile processes and tools
Preferred
Experience with distributed systems, MongoDB, Redis, Datadog, Kubernetes, React, Ruby, Ruby on Rails
