Responsibilities
Perform lease abstractions and ensure all lease data is accurate, complete, and current
Review and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements for compliance with lease terms
Conduct full-scope basic audits, request supporting documentation, and recommend recovery actions
Prepare reports of findings and ensure proper credits and charges are recorded
Assist with CAM reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business control standards
Review contracts to identify applicable fees, reimbursements, and audit savings
Research missing information (e.g., landlord contacts) and update client databases
Navigate County Assessor websites to validate or obtain property data
Enter and maintain lease information within client lease management databases
Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and quality expectations
Exchange clear information, ask clarifying questions, and confirm understanding with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
Equivalent education and experience combination considered
Experience analyzing information and applying standard business practices
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to solve routine problems using existing procedures
Preferred
Experience with data entry
Experience using a real estate lease management system
Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology
