Customer Content Specialist
Cision is a global leader in PR, marketing, and social media management technology. The Customer Content Specialist will work directly with clients to ensure effective distribution of press releases, acting as a primary point of contact and providing strategic recommendations to enhance engagement and visibility.

Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience to help drive their corporate objectives
Act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client’s communication needs
Offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility
Qualification
Required
Team player who is self-driven to exceed core metrics and department goals
Someone looking to work collaboratively with others within a hybrid work setting
An individual with a passion for customer service who finds fulfillment in helping others
A professional with a proven ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to customers to impact revenue generation
1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required
BA degree in a communication-related field required
Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs
Preferred
Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired
Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
