Responsibilities

Maintain assembly equipment and tooling program open issues log and lessons learned log
Manage all tool engineering changes
Lead the assembly process meetings, maintain the assembly equipment, and be able to update tooling timing charts
Manages Capability of all in production tooling installed in the business unit. Tracks, coordinates and executes corrective actions where required

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum six (6) years or more of hands-on manufacturing experience
Experience in metal joining, including but not limited to: MIG welding, resistance projection welding, clinch fasteners, and stamping processes
