This role involves collaborating with business and clinical users to troubleshoot issues, support system optimization, and contribute to various analysis and development activities.

Configure and support functional aspects of assigned applications
Collaborate with end users to understand and resolve technical and performance issues
Assist with analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of application changes
Support system maintenance and upgrades
Contribute to optimization and enhancement efforts with a focus on user workflows
Provide timely response to user inquiries and service requests
Help identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements
Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Participate in team activities that improve system performance and user experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience considered
If supporting Epic applications, proficiency or certification in a supported Epic module required within 6 months of start date
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in an information technology discipline or healthcare operations (e.g., clinical departments, medical records, patient access, or revenue cycle)
A relevant bachelor's degree may substitute for the experience requirement
Ability to lift and transfer objects typically not exceeding 50 lbs if essential to position duties
Extended use of video display terminals and keyboards using ergonomic principles
Preferred
Advanced degree (e.g., Information Systems, Business) is an asset
