Responsibilities
Performing general plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs
Completing work orders and inspections using mobile technology
Assisting with custodial tasks, trash removal, and groundskeeping
Responding to maintenance emergencies when on-call
Assisting with snow & ice removal in the winter season
Qualification
Required
Intermediate to advanced skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Valid driver's license, Auto insurance and reliable transportation
Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Able to use technology and mobile devices to perform daily tasks efficiently
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and perform physical tasks
Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
