Validate employer eligibility for access
Create and manage user access to secure portals
Update account and user information
Provide email and phone support to employers
Troubleshoot account and access issues
Analyze problems and implement solutions
Maintain documentation and service records
Support additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
