Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP EWM solution design including requirements gathering, documentation, and proposal development
Translate business needs into scalable EWM architecture aligned with enterprise standards and best practices
Drive process optimization and re-engineering, identifying gaps and resolving system design weaknesses with business stakeholders
Own key integration points across SAP landscape (UI, middleware, infrastructure) to ensure seamless system and data flow
Deliver successful EWM implementations for Supply Chain Execution, including configuration, testing, validation, and documentation
Support delivery teams with functional specifications, test scripts, and issue escalation management for client-facing troubleshooting
Provide project leadership and executive-level communication on strategy, scope, cost, quality, and contribute to mentorship initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ full-cycle EWM implementations, including at least 1 project as an EWM Architect/Lead
6+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions
Solid understanding of SAP ERP MM and traditional WMS modules, with strong end-to-end warehouse process expertise
Knowledge of embedded/decentralized EWM and Cloud WM in S/4HANA environments
Hands-on involvement in EWM-TM, EWM-MM, and EWM-QM integrations, including key interface points and best practices
Experience configuring warehouse structures, inbound/outbound flows, replenishment, physical inventory, and putaway/removal strategies
Understanding of POSC/LOSC, Cross Docking, and RF Framework configuration for mobile warehouse devices, supported by excellent communication skills
