The Program Director will oversee program design and implementation, supervise staff, and develop treatment plans for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
Responsible for program design, development and implementation strategies
Supervision and consultation of individual clients' service coordination, treatment plans and effective implementation approaches and interventions for the individuals we serve in our community-based supported living program
Develops treatment plans for the clients we serve and develops staff understanding of trauma-informed care
Provide supervision and direction to a large team in our Behavioral Supported Living services program
Responsible for the health, safety and success of our clients and employees
Qualification
Required
At least two (2) years experience working in the behavioral health field
At least two (2) years of supervisory experience
A Master's degree in a related discipline
Being a licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record (no excessive points, and no DUIs/wet-and-reckless in the past 10 years)
Preferred
Experience working with individuals with the I/DD population
Two (2) years of fiscal management experience
One of the following certifications/licenses: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC); Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBCA) in the state of California
