The role involves utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach to protect facilities from infestation through thorough inspections and tailored pest control solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide uncompromised service to commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM)

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess problems and identify insects, rodents, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions

Apply expertise and problem-solving to treat for and prevent pests

Inspect and maintain bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards

Demonstrate professional commitment to creating a positive customer experience

Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition

Required

Able to pass internal technical exams

Possess a valid Driver's License

High school diploma or equivalent

Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform

Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
