Qualification
Required
Customer service and communication skills to assist members with inquiries and transactions
Knowledge of financial products, account management, and loan processes
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for addressing and resolving member concerns
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities to ensure smooth daily operations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Proficiency with financial software and computer systems is an advantage
Previous experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services is a plus
