Responsibilities
Collect dairy and water samples from dairy farms and dairy plants in the assigned territory
Conduct inspections on dairy farms and dairy plants and perform equipment tests on pasteurizers in dairy plants
Review engineered drawings on equipment and pipelines for compliance with the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance
Take regulatory action on products or facilities when warranted
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Five (5) years of experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined
Must have and maintain a valid unrestricted drivers license
Preferred
Special Certification/Licensure
A Cover Letter and Unofficial Transcripts are required
