This role blends hands-on coaching with leadership, curriculum development, and parent engagement to create a fun, safe, and inspiring environment for children ages 1–12.

Responsibilities
Lead engaging youth classes, building physical, social, and mental skills through fun, structured activities
Oversee class programming, seasonal curriculum design, and program quality
Mentor, train, and evaluate assistant coaches
Build strong relationships with families and provide excellent communication
Support gym-hosted events, birthday parties, and community programs
Assist with scheduling, enrollment tracking, and overall program growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in youth development, coaching, or early childhood education
High-energy personality with a love for working with kids
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coach while also managing staff and program details
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
A background check is required prior to employment
