Facilities Project Manager
SAIC is a premier technology integrator providing full life cycle services and solutions in the technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets. The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for the project and programmatic management of assigned projects, overseeing the project life cycle from requirements development to closeout, while serving as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison, coordinating and reporting to U.S. government representatives at various levels
Manage the activities of A/E (Architectural/Engineering) firms and construction contractors, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, meet quality standards, and stay within budget
Coordinate resource allocation and maintain document control
Conduct and validate cost proposals
Develop and present metrics to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field with 7+ years of relevant experience in the IC, DOD or Commercial Sector. Note that relevant professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates
Knowledge of facility operations and facility project execution
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners
Ability to manage multiple and competing resources
Preferred
Degree in an Engineering or Architectural Field
Knowledge of the Client's operations
Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes
Experience with data centers
Project Management Institutes' PMP or equivalent project management certification
