Client Success Resolution Specialist

The Client Success Resolution Specialist is responsible for ensuring the swift and effective resolution of client issues, building strong relationships, and improving overall client satisfaction through proactive support and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Provide Client Support: Deliver timely and effective support to address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, address, and resolve client issues to maintain client satisfaction and minimize disruption
Resolution Strategies: Facilitate renewal strategies to reduce churn, increase renewals, and enhance client loyalty
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve client business performance
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to address client needs and improve service offerings
CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system
Training and Development: Assist in training new Client Success Representatives and contribute to their ongoing development
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years direct Customer Service or Account Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to manage conversations
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines
Have strong customer service skills
Ability to provide analysis and reporting of work output and outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent analytical skills
High ability to write correspondence to individual and small groups, Customers and Executive leadership team members
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to apply critical thinking and understanding to carry out detailed, written or oral instructions
Ability to resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in variable situations
Ability to engage in a team environment
Ability to lead and manage various aspects of sales process – from retaining to renewing – using relationship building and solution-based selling skills
Ability to establish credibility with clients and optimize and expand existing relationships
Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking mindset and motivation to rapidly improve customer retention
Ability to advocate for clients and business partners
Strong interpersonal skills/bias to action
Ability to tackle challenges with creative and timely solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working familiarity of Salesforce, marketing tools, and various go-to-market strategies
A successful track record of presenting information effectively and professionally in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with account management preferred
Customer Service/Account Management experience in B2B and/or B2C environments preferred
