ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions
Translating complex business requirements into effective platform configurations and custom applications
Leading architectural design and platform strategy
Developing and optimizing workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules
Integrating ServiceNow with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technologies
Ensuring platform performance and data security
Collaborating closely with IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to enhance service delivery, drive digital transformation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development
OR a High School diploma with 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development
Proven experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD and at least one other major module (e.g., GRC, CSM, SecOps)
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Scrum Master certification
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow
Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
Experience working in a healthcare delivery organization
