Program Coordinator
Immokalee Fair Housing Alliance (IFHA) is a nonprofit organization committed to providing secure, affordable, hurricane-resistant rental housing to low-income families in Immokalee, Florida. They are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Part Time Program Coordinator to lead programs that support resident wellbeing, community development, and long-term family success.

Responsibilities
Design and implement programs that promote resident stability, economic mobility, and wellbeing
Lead planning and coordination of services such as after-school enrichment, adult education, financial literacy workshops, workforce readiness, and health and wellness initiatives
Identify community needs and adjust programs accordingly
Develop partnerships with local nonprofits, businesses, schools, and service providers to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive support services
Coordinate with the CEO, Chief Development Officer and Program Committee to align programming with organizational goals and funding priorities
Serve as a visible, approachable leader for residents—building relationships and trust
Create and maintain systems for resident feedback, participation, and leadership opportunities
Oversee resident onboarding and orientation for new tenants, ensuring a smooth transition and connection to resources
Develop and implement methods for tracking program outcomes and community impact
Support annual tenant surveys to evaluate housing satisfaction, energy savings, and improvements in health, safety, and financial wellbeing
Prepare regular reports for internal leadership and external funders
Supervise program staff, interns, or volunteers as the team grows
Collaborate with staff across departments, including development, property management, and communications
Participate in fundraising efforts as needed, providing stories of impact and data for grant proposals and reports
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in nonprofit program management, community organizing, social work, or related field
Deep understanding of the challenges facing farmworker and low-income communities
Demonstrated success in developing and evaluating community-based programs
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Experience building partnerships with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred
