Responsibilities

Expansion of new business opportunities across targeted verticals
Development of strong relationships with collections, risk, and vendor management leaders
Cross‑functional coordination with Compliance, Operations, and Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
Market outreach efforts, including conferences, networking, and industry engagement
CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
Early contributions to shaping sales processes, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy as the organization scales
Full sales cycle management—from prospecting to contract execution
Qualification, development, and closing of new enterprise opportunities
Pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Achievement of revenue and growth targets within assigned verticals

Preferred

4–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience in debt collection, lending, fintech, or outsourced servicing
Demonstrated success generating and closing new business in complex environments
Familiarity with FDCPA, CFPB, and compliance-driven sales processes
Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting
