Mechanical Maintenance Planner
Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play. They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for their Augusta, GA facility to create and manage preventative maintenance operations and scheduling of maintenance activities in accordance with operational requirements.

Responsibilities
Create Preventative Maintenance operations for all areas of the plant
Establish scheduling of maintenance activities in accordance with operational requirements
Plan maintenance jobs and materials
Create meaningful scheduling job plan for work orders
Close all work orders with time and material charged accordingly
Work with engineering to help accomplish tasks
Schedule/plan unit turnarounds
Perform required safety audits per the Augusta Plant yearly audit plan
Attend plant-wide safety/wellness sessions
Review/perform required safety audits, JSA’s and What-if scenarios
Complete all required CBTs on time
Participate in PSM, PHA, and PSSR field reviews, as well as Follow-Up Incident investigations as needed
Maintain a working knowledge of all plant environmental standards, ES-01 through ES-10
Know the environmental permit limits for your assigned plant (air, waste water, storm water)
Maintain a working knowledge of the Hazardous Waste Rules (RCRA) to include storage, handling, sampling, transporting, manifesting, record keeping, and emergency response
Maintain a working knowledge of the facility environmental plans (SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Maintenance certification or two years education/training preferable
Five years of maintenance experience in all phases
Some instrumentation and electrical experience
One (1) year experience in project construction
PC skills (word, database, excel spreadsheet, and other software programs)
SAP system experience/knowledge in the work order, preventative maintenance and spare parts processing areas
Strong organization skills
Flexible and adaptable
Willing to work overtime as required
