Sales Enablement Manager
Inmar Intelligence is a company focused on providing healthcare solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to collaborate closely with the Sales team. This role involves creating compelling client-facing materials and managing multiple projects to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Create client-facing presentations, such as business reviews, RFP responses, and other sales materials
Translate complex data and information into clear, logical, and impactful presentations
Work within existing templates to build client-facing materials while ensuring a clear visual narrative that reinforces meaning, credibility, and professionalism rather than using design elements solely for decorative purposes
Manage many projects in different stages simultaneously while maintaining full awareness of their statuses, next steps, risks and deadlines
Track inputs, feedback, revisions, approvals and final delivery with precision
Coordinate contributors across multiple departments, and proactively follow up and keep work moving forward, even as priorities shift
Understand business, solutions and value propositions well enough to collaborate meaningfully with sellers
Partner with multiple stakeholders to understand client goals, meeting objectives and deal context, working together to shape how information is structured, sequenced, and framed for each client
Maintain a quality bar that reflects the credibility of the organization and the importance of the client interaction, with critical attention to detail across language, data, formatting, visuals and logic
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in every final product, demonstrating an unusually high level of attention to detail, including the ability to detect inconsistencies or issues that can be easily overlooked
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated excellence in writing skills, with high attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy, data visualization, and insight development
Experience working in teams of various sizes, cross-functional structures, and fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong experience working with the following software programs: Google Suite, including: Google Drive, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
Exceptional attention to detail: Almost obsessive focus on accuracy, consistency and quality
Time management: Ability to plan, prioritize and execute despite competing deadlines
Writing & editing: Advanced command of grammar, mechanics, tone and clarity
Learning & applying: Ability to quickly learn details of business offerings, seller needs and client context in order to best serve stakeholders
Project management skills: Strong project management capabilities (without the need for formal certification)
Visual storytelling: Ability to structure information into a cohesive narrative using layout, hierarchy, and design
Design aptitude: Strong presentation design skills with an eye for polish and professionalism (not a graphic design role)
Compartmentalization: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing context, quality or momentum
Adaptability: Comfort adjusting quickly as priorities and inputs change
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sellers and cross-functional partners
Preferred
3–5 years of experience in roles involving is beneficial but not required: presentation development or strategy, sales enablement, business or executive communications, proposal or RFP development, complex data visualization, visual storytelling, and/or insights development
